This is a free crochet wedding dress pattern for many dolls in four sizes. Doll sizes 8, 10, 12 or 19 inch. This is a beautiful wedding gown when made up. I made it up for a standard Barbie doll and it worked very nicely.

CORONET: Make 39 (45, 60, 88) ch., join being careful not to twist ch., 1 ch., 1 d.c. in each st. of ch., join. For largest size only work 1 more row of d.c.
Next row: * D.k. st., pull up a 1/3 (1/3, 1/3, 1/2) inch lp., miss next 2 (2, 2, 3) sts., sl. st. in next st., rep. from * all around, cut ctn. for first 3 sizes. For largest size work as follows: make a long sl. st. in centre of next d.k. st., * 6 ch., sl. st. in centre of next k. st., rep. from * all around, 6 ch., join, cut ctn. Make a thick starch and place coronet in mixture. Remove excess starch, and place on glass to dry.
VEIL: Turn long edge of tulle down 2 (2 1/2, 3, 4) ins. Gather along folded edge and sew to coronet as illustrated.
PETTICOAT: (Make 1 each of paper nylon and satin.) Draw a circle 1 (1, 11/2, 3) ins. in diameter. Starting at centre draw another circle 2 1/2 (3 1/2, 3 1/2, 6) ins. in diameter. Cut material along both lines and slash for back opening. Sew narrow hem along all edges. Cut strip of material 5 (5 1/2, 7 1/2, 14) ins. x 22 (24, 24, 25) ins. Gather 1 long edge to fit around edge of circle. Sew to edge. Sew short edges together to within I inch below circle. Sew a hook and eye to opening at waistline; hem lower edge.
